About the event
Welcome to our Chatteris PopUpScience Centre.
We are open for families and young people each day from 10.00am to 3.30pm. Drop in and join us at any time - entry is FREE.
We will be discovering different scientific concepts through our shows and activities each day in a fun and interactive way. There will be plenty of time to explore our hands-on exhibits too, and our Science Communicators will be on hand to answer any questions you have.

11am Start making sense
We all know about the 5 senses, right? But what about some of the other senses? Explore our senses including some you might not have thought of, and think about how our brain makes sense of them.
Have a go at our take-home activity
2pm Stroop Test
The Stroop test can be used to measure some of the ways your brain works and processes things. The first part is super easy, but the second part you might find a bit more tricky and will probably take longer - have a go and see how you get on!
Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times. Most suitable for children aged 7-11 years. Younger siblings will be able to join in with some adult support.
You will find us on the First Floor. You can take either the lift or the stairs!
