Today’s shows:

11.30am  All Charged Up

Opposites attract - that's true even at the tiniest level. Find out how this is important in creating that little spark when you touch a metal object, and what that's got to do with lightening.

2.30pm  Springing into Life

It’s Spring! But what does that mean? In this fun show find out why days get longer, why it starts to warm up, and why animals have their young in Spring. Build an egg and discover out why they’re so important. See which animals are the “springy-est” and can jump the furthest – can you jump further than an Elephant? Wait and see!

Make something a little different with our activities today!

12.30pm Cress heads

Find out more about "going green" and help the environment by growing your own food and using recycled materials - at the same time! Who knows, you might find you have "green fingers" too!

3.30pm  Feed the birds

We recycle cardboard tubes, by transforming them into a fabulous bird feeders full of nutritious seeds to attract brilliant bird species to your garden! All materials provided, although if you can bring a kitchen roll or cardboard tube with you - even better! Suitable for all ages, although seed mix may contain traces of nuts.
