About the event
Cambridge Science Centre is bringing PopUpScience Centre to Wisbech and Fenland Museum as part of our exciting STEM in the Fens project.
Open to the public each Saturday from 10.30am to 3pm, families will be able to enjoy free entry to Wisbech and Fenland Museum and you will be able to explore our hands-on STEM-based exhibits, join in with our shows or have a go at one of our activities.

Meet Darwin and his family - why do they look alike? And how come we all look a little bit the same - but different?
Look into Darwin’s famous voyage on The Beagle and how that helped him formulate his theory of evolution. Packed full of fun games and demos, this show gives you a chance to be a part of a 5 billion year old story!
Today's Activity
2pm Backbones
Make your own animal skeleton from straws and card and learn about the ancient animal species that animals with backbones are related to. Suitable for all ages.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times. Most main room activities are suitable for children aged 7-11 years.
