Join us on a spooky adventure to find out about the science behind the spooky effects used at Halloween, with dry ice, pumpkins – and more!
Our special half-term theme will be Halloween, so not only will we be holding Spooky Science show twice daily, our Lab activities will focus on spooktacular science!
In the Lab, you will find one of these activities each day.
Slime Making
A fluid that can also be a solid! Make your own slime while finding out why slime behave in such a weird and wonderful way. Participants also get to take home their own personal slime.
Held on 26 & 29 October and 1 November
Screaming Cups
Make a cup scream and scare your friends! Explore the vibrations that make sound to make a whole lot of noise!
Held on 27 & 30 October and 2 November
Monster Heads
Time to go green! Make a monstrous head to grow your own cress and use recycled materials. Who knows, you might find you have “green fingers” too!
Held on 28 & 31 October and 3 November.
Our half-term shows will be held daily at 11.15am to 11.45am and 2.15pm to 2.45pm each day. Our show is included in your ticket
