'STEM in the Fens' in Wisbech

Welcome to our Wisbech PopUpScience Centre.

We will be open from 10:30am to 2:45pm so families will be able to enjoy free entry to explore our hands-on STEM-based exhibits, join in with our shows or have a go at one of our activities.

Meet Darwin and his family - why do they look alike? And how come we all look a bit the same - but different?    Look into his famous voyage on The Beagle and how that helped him formulate his theory of evolution. Packed full of fun games and demos, this show gives you a chance to be a part of a 5 billion year old story!

1:30pm      Dragon Genetics

Genetics is what makes you, you. None of us look exactly the same, but you might share charateristics with other members of your family. Find out how it all works by randomly choosing from a set of characteristics to build your own dragon.

Find us at the old ARGOS shop from 10:30am - 2:45pm
