There has never been a more critical time to support our young learners and redress the ever-increasing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) skills gap.
Cambridge is a world-leading hub for life sciences and technology, yet parts of the East of England, including in and around Cambridge, are among the most deprived in the UK for access to high-quality education, skills, and training. And, by age 11, many young learners have decided that STEM subjects are ‘not for me’.
As an independent charity, Cambridge Science Centre is in a unique position to change this by providing outstanding hands-on access to STEM to inspire the next generation.
Without any core statutory funding, we are reliant on our partners to sustain our important work. Together we are stronger as we look to discuss cutting-edge STEM, showcase positive role models and in collaboration create a more equitable and science-informed future for all.
We have developed a range of exciting sponsorship opportunities for companies of all types and sizes. You can sponsor individual community events in your area, support your local school or we can build bespoke projects together. We will work with you to create the perfect project.
