Safari Stu: Creepy, Crawly, Curiously Fun

Spooky Halloween family fun all half-term!

Dress up in your best Halloween costumes and join us at Cambridge Science Centre, where there are plenty of gross encounters and wickedly wonderful science waiting for you this Halloween.

Get hands-on with exciting exhibits, take part in a fun lab activity, and enjoy one of our lively science shows—perfect for curious children and playful grown-ups.

Kick off your morning with a squeak, a snort, or a screech with Safari Stu!

For today only, he’ll be bringing a fantastic variety of exotic creatures from around the world — and if you’re feeling brave, you can even hold them! Stu is bursting with fascinating facts and fun stories about his animal friends, making this an unforgettable experience for kids and grown-ups alike.

  • Shows held at 10.30 am, 11.30 am and 12.30 pm

It’s time for the Evil Genius Awards! Join us as we test our devious schemes – they’re definitely genius, but are they evil enough?

Get mixing in our Blood in a Bottle lab activity

Your blood is a mixture of lots of different parts, each with their own special job. Can you make your own blood model and figure out what each layer does?

And there’s plenty of exploration time to get hands-on and play with over 20 hands-on exhibits!

Our space and activities are most suited for children aged from 4-11 years.  Of course, younger siblings are welcome to come along too!
